THEGDNEWSCHANNEL is a vibrant creative hub and a home to innovative new ideas. We work to produce collaborative artistic projects as a creative multi-media platform; including but not limited to, live performances, visual arts, film and theatre.
OUR STORY

At THEGDNEWSCHANNEL, we're dedicated to sparking bold creativity and meaningful connections, inspired by the leap of faith that launched our journey.
In October 2023, our founder Yemi Yohannes collaborated with LDNRBS to organise a live event, to promote the release of her debut spoken word album, 'Let Yourself Be Re(a)d'.
Supported by a lineup of insanely talented artists, and musicians accompanying her first ever live performance of the album in its' entirety; the night was a roaring success.
It was a celebration of art, connection and relatability...we became a family of strangers.
THEGDNEWSCHANNEL is built on the notion that change starts with yourself and with the people around you.
We exist to empower personal and communal growth by embracing the transformative power of genuine expression.
